We would like to inform you that the Law on Amending the Personal Income Tax Law was published in the Official Gazette No. 190, from December 25, 2017 in which in Article 2 item 31 the amendment proposed by the representatives of CCM in the Economic and Social Council of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Darko Dimovski, President of CCM and Robert Simonoski, President of SSESM, refers to the conditions under which the Trade Unions shall no longer pay personal income tax.
The adopted proposal is the following:
31) The costs for accommodation, food and transport for trade union members engaged in events organized in the framework of trade union activities and incomes of the trade union members payed from the unions according to the Statute, Program and decisions of the bodies.
