REPORT VIOLATION OF LABOR RIGHTS BY PHONE
For easier access to free legal protection for workers, SSM give an opportunity to workers to report violation of thier workers' rights both by phone: 070 818 878 or on the email: prijavi@ssm.org.mk.
In addition to the direct legal assistance and protection of the rights of its membership, SSM with its activities in this period of crisis, proved that as a representative union in the country takes care and takes responsibility for exercising the rights of all workers.
The trade union membership have a direct protection of their employment rights, primarily through the activities of the Sector for Labor Relations, Legal Protection and Collective Bargaining in SSM and the respective trade unions where workers are members.
The activities for protection of the workers' rights are undertaken by the authorized legal representatives and the trade union representatives in 10 Regional trade union offices (Skopje, Bitola, Veles, Delchevo, Kavadarci, Kumanovo, Ohrid, Prilep, Tetovo, Stip) as well as in the Trade Union offices (in Resen, Sveti Nikole, Berovo, Vinica, Kocani, Gevgelija, Negotino, Kriva Palanka, Debar, Struga, Makedonski Brod, Gostivar, Kicevo, Strumica, Probistip, Radovish).
The activity is being implemented within the campaign: LEGAL PROTECTION - SECURITY OF WORKERS' RIGHTS to raise awareness among workers and strengthen the capacity of SSM, with the support of the Project: Strengthening Social Dialogue, implemented by the International Labor Organization.
