Today in the premises of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedoni a debate on the Law on Protection against Harassment at Work was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
The debate was attended by representatives of the trade unions affiliated in CCM and representatives of the MLSP.

The representatives of the Human Rights Institute had a presentation on the topic "Basic Analysis of Mobing - Historical and Comparative Approach".
CCM's representatives noted that the law was adopted in 2013 upon initiative of CCM through the process of social dialogue and the Economic and Social Council.
The participants pointed to a number of issues related to the implementation of the Law on Protection against Harassment at Work and gave suggestions for improving the legislation in this area. They also emphasized the need for preventive action, trainings and raising the awareness of the employers, workers and all institutions in the society for recognizing the forms of harassment at the workplace, as well as the manner and procedure for protection from this negative phenomenon.
