In the framework of the Strengthening Social Dialogue Project, an analysis of the services needs of CCM is being conducted.
The analysis of the service needs will provide a complete and objective picture of CCM and the way different stakeholders (primarily the direct membership and management structures) perceive the union.
The results of the research will determine the degree of satisfaction of the union members with the existing services offered by the trade union and will show the need for introduction of new services.
The purpose of the research is to conduct:
1. A brief diagnostic overview of CCM (identifying its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats)
2. To develop proposals/recommendations for improvement of existing trade union services and to develop new ones.
