The Macedonian Occupational Safety and Health Association, in cooperation with the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and the Organization of Employers of Macedonia, organize the second cycle of trainings for trainers/ mentors for organizational development: project cycle, advocacy and lobbying.
Trainings of trainers/ mentors are specially designed for the representatives of the Macedonian Occupational Safety and Health Association, the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia, the Confederation of Free Trade Unions, the Organization of Employers of Macedonia, the Macedonian Occupational Health Association and the Economic Chamber of Protective Societies in Macedonia.
The participants in the trainings shall acquire important skills and knowledge, which as future trainers/ mentors will have to transfer to their parent organizations, as well as in other related organizations. They will gain expertise in policy-making processes and procedures for successful organizational development. They will also have an impact on the strengthening of networking and communication channels among CSOs and government institutions in implementing health and safety at work.
This is an activity implemented within the framework of the project aimed at improving the inclusion and the influence of the civil society in public policies for safety and health at work and in making decisions by giving support to the state in the processes of the EU accession.
The main goal of the project is to improve the involvement and strengthen the impact of civil society organizations in implementing key health and safety reforms at work, as well as dialogue and partnership with regional civil society organizations from the IPA region.
