Ivan Peshevski, SGIP's Vice President in an interview for Radio Slobodna Europe, has stressed that it is not good that the government reacts extremely slowly to the initiative of the unions. We demand Sunday to be a non-working day for everyone, except the police, army or factories that cannot stop their production. In the sectors for which the activity requires 24-hour work, Peshesvki says that it is OK to have on-duty staff, but those employees to receive a much higher per diems.
