Today, in the framework of the Project "Strengthening the Social Dialogue" a meeting of the focus group is being held on which Presidents of TU Organizations and TU members are present.
The analysis of the service needs will provide a complete and objective picture of CCM and the way different stakeholders (primarily the direct membership and management structures) perceive the union.
The results of the research will determine the degree of satisfaction of the union members with the existing services offered by the trade union and will show the need for introduction of new services.
Different studies in many European countries show a direct link between the quality and quantity of services and benefits offered by the unions which is directly connected with the increase of their membership and expansion of their trade union network.
Hence, the main function of this Analysis is to contribute to the capacity building of CCM.
