- provide free legal assistance for employment rights, harassment at work and protection against discrimination;
- submit requests, applications, complaints, lawsuits, extraordinary legal remedies and other legal remedies;
- prepare opinions, proposals, give advices and interpretations on labour issues;
- provide advisory and counceling services to workers, trade unions and trade union organizations regarding labour legislation;
- give expert opinions and proposals when drafting laws and their amendments in the field of the labor legislation;
