MEETING WITH THE EMPLOYEES IN PE "SOLIDARNOST" - VINICA FOR SALARY INCREASING

At the request of the employees of PE "Solidarity" - Vinica and the Trade Union, the President of SUTKOZ and SSM Darko Dimovski met with employees who are dissatisfied with the Decision of the Board of Directors in this public company regarding the balancing of workers' salaries.

The Decision of the Management Board made a rough adjustment of 75 out of 104 employees in the company and the Law was not respected in the part of harmonizing the salaries of all employees in accordance with the increase of the minimum wage.

The union SUTKOZ has already sent a letter to the employer requesting that the salaries of all employees to be increased by at least 2,806 denars in net amount and if that does not happen, the workers will organize a strike in PE "Solidarity" – Vinica.

The Director and the President of the Management Board of the PE "Solidarity" - Vinica also participated in the meeting, and a meeting with the Mayor of Vinica is expected to overcome the problem tomorrow.
