The Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia as the only representative trade union in the country and as a full member of the European Trade Union Confederation - ETUC and part of the Regional Trade Union Council in solidarity with the European Trade Union Confederation - ETUC within the project "Trade Unions for Fair Recovery: of trade unions in mitigating the impact of the crisis KOVID-19 "funded by the European Commission, Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs & Inclusion, conducts a three-day training for trainers to use the new digital tools of FTUM for legal representatives and trade union leaders and to increase media visibility of FTUM and strengthening of
cooperation with the MEDIA through the process of digitalization of trade unionism in order to prevent the violation of workers' and social rights of workers and presentation of the new digital tool CCM - my labor rights, CINDI - is a labor rights adviser.
Representatives of the media, legal representatives and trade union leaders from CCM and trade unions, representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the State Labor Inspectorate participate in the training and have the opportunity to come up with the necessary information on how the digital tools of FTUM work - my labor rights and e-CINDI - is an adviser on labor rights, the secrecy of applications and ways to protect workers who report violations of labor rights.30 participants took part in the training. The training was held in Ohrid in the hotel “Laki and spa”.
