PUBLIC UTILITIES IN PRILEP RECEIVE INCREASED SALARIES

The President of SSM and SUTKOZ, Darko Dimovski met with the Mayor of Prilep Municipality, Borce Jovceski regarding the demands of the strikers for the adjustment of salaries by 2,806 denars according to the increase in the minimum wage.

It has been agreed that during tomorrow SUTKOZ will deliver the wage increase agreements that will have to be signed by the Directors of the public enterprises and the Presidents of the trade union organizations of SUTKOZ at SSM and thus to the employees of PKU Vodovod and Sewerage Prilep, PKU Komunalec Prilep, PUBLIC ENTERPRISE FOR SPATIAL AND URBAN PLANS - PRILEP, PE for PUP Prilep and PUP Pazari Prilep to be increased or adjusted by 2,806 denars.

Mayor Jovceski is on the side of the workers and these activities will be implemented as soon as possible.

The local government has an understanding of the demands and needs of the workers, unlike the central government.
