THE CONCLUSION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS CONTINUES AT THE MUNICIPAL LEVEL

Today, August 24, 2022, on the premises of the Municipality of Petrovec, the Collective Agreement for the employees of the Municipality of Petrovec was signed. The collective agreement by the UPOZ Union was signed by the President of the UPOZ Union Trpe Deanoski and the President of the Trade Union Organization at the Municipality of Petrovec Elena Mladenovska and the Mayor of the Municipality of Petrovec Borce Mitevski.

This collective agreement regulates the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other issues related to the working relationship of the employees of the Municipality of Petrovec: employment and promotion, work on non-working days, wages and salary allowances, vacation pay, etc.

We are pleased with the fact that the trade union organization at the Municipality of Petrovec was formed on its own initiative at the beginning of July, and after a month, the text of the Collective Agreement was prepared and signed. year, and only one month after, they prepared and signed a new collective agreement.
