GET UNIONIZED ‼️ UNIONS CONCLUDE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS AND INCREASE WAGES

AND THE EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DOJRAN WILL RECEIVE INCREASED WAGES ACCORDING TO THE INCREASE IN THE MINIMUM WAGE THROUGH THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

On September 19, 2022, on the premises of the Municipality of Dojran, a Collective Agreement was signed for the employees of the Municipality of Dojran. The collective agreement on the part of the UPOZ Union was signed by the President of the UPOZ Union Trpe Deanoski and the President of the Trade Union Organization at the Municipality of Dojran Milka Aitseva on one side and the Mayor of the Municipality of Dojran Ango Angov on the other side.

This collective agreement governs the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other issues related to the working relationship of the employees of the Municipality of Dojran and the harmonization of wages with the increase in the minimum wage, an increased amount of annual leave, payment of jubilee awards and the possibility of payment of 13th salary.

The President of the UPOZ Union, Trpe Deanoski, expressed his great satisfaction with the solutions reached and the signing of the Collective Agreement and emphasized that only through social dialogue can all open issues of the employees be resolved.
