The mayor of the City of Skopje, Danela Arsovska, and the acting director of JSP Aleksandar Stojkovski left more than 1,000 families of JSP employees to suffer for bread, and for the first time they left Skopjes without public transportation.
The workers came to their workplaces this morning to drive, but they did not see that Acting Director Stojkovski came to pay their salaries, but they saw that he came to record them without authorization so that those who do not have the courage to stand up to the workers could listen.
Yesterday we witnessed that a dozen strike breakers in total together with the Secretary of the City of Skopje, the acting director of JSP, and their personal drivers stood in front of the Government as if they were unconscionable, and the workers, as never before, did not stand with them but stood together, and the unions with them for their deserved and earned wages!
The Mayor, the Secretary of the City of Skopje, and the Director of JSP can sit behind the wheel of the buses and drive, no one will stop them, all JSP drivers are waiting for them at the bases!
The City of Skopje is to file criminal charges against the Mayor Danela Arsovska and the Acting Director of the JSP, Aleksandar Stojkovski under Article 166 of the Criminal Code which, among other things, stipulates that a person who knowingly does not comply with a law, another regulation or a collective agreement, for the establishment or termination of the employment relationship, for the salary and compensations of the salary, etc., will be punished with a fine or imprisonment for up to one year" and not to allow and leave the workers to deal with them themselves!
