The conclusion from a meeting of representatives of trade union organizations and the President of SSM with representatives of the Government - Minister of Transport and Communications and General Director of A.D. RSM mail.
The following conclusions were reached at the meeting:
1. It has been agreed with the Government that the payment of the September salary will be paid no later than Friday 28.10.2022 and that the following salaries will be paid within the legally stipulated period.
2. The Ministry of Transport and Communications undertakes to submit information to the Government for the next government session to put an item on the agenda that mandates all state institutions to use the services of AD Post of the RSM, in accordance with the amendments to the Law on postal services.
3. The government will monitor the overall process of reorganization, rationalization, and optimization of operations in AD. RSM post which will start immediately with a deadline of 12/31/2022
4. The management board of A.D. RSM Post Office will start drafting a new Systematization and new re-zoning for maximum employee productivity.
5. The Government will recommend the Postal Agency continue with the supervision and control of the postal market over the legal entities that have not received general authorization for the provision of postal services issued by the Postal Agency.
6. A.D. is owed. Post of RSM to make a plan to reduce non-productive expenses, and rationalization according to the recommendations of the Government.
7. At the meeting, the conclusion made by the Management Board was confirmed that there will be no layoffs, redundancies, forced vacations or salary reductions for employees.
Position of Trade Union Organizations:
The trade union organizations at the meeting emphasized the position that if the conclusions of today's meeting are not respected, especially for the payment of the September salary until 28.10.2022, they will go on a general protest in front of the government the very next day, as well as in the next period if the legal deadline is not respected for paid salary, and that is until the 15th of the month, the trade union organizations will take radical measures the very next day by organizing a protest and stoppage of work in accordance with the legal regulations.
At the meeting, the Minister gave a directive to the Board of Directors already on Monday, that the General Director should call a meeting with the Directors of the Subsidiaries and the management to report all the workers who do not go to work and receive a salary, and measures should be taken for them in accordance with the legal regulations. .
Also, at the meeting, it was agreed that the Management Board and the Trade Union organizations should immediately begin the procedures for new systematization, new rezoning, signing of a new Collective Agreement, and reorganization of the Post Office, for which a deadline was given for implementation until 31.12.2022.
In view of the conclusions reached above, with which the demands of the employees have been fully accepted, the trade union organizations adopted the position that the warning protest should be put on hold until 28.10.2022, if the salary is not paid by Friday 28.10.2022, the trade union organizations, the next day, 29.10. .2022 Saturday) with the organization of the employees from all Branches will go to a General protest in front of the Government
