At yesterday's meeting, the Board of Directors of JP Vodovod and Sewerage Skopje, after careful evaluation of the evidence and determination of the factual situation, unanimously adopted a Decision with which the objection of the President of the Trade Union Organization at SUTKOZ in JP Vodovod and Sewerage Skopje, Stojance Kashikovski, is respected and the Decision for the imposition of a disciplinary measure - termination of the employment relationship is annulled, and the proposal to initiate disciplinary liability is rejected as unfounded.
The decision of the Management Board once again confirms that the acting director Marjanche Mitovski continues to work contrary to the laws and collective agreements and that with such behavior he causes enormous damage to the company as well as to the image of the city of Skopje, and about which the SUTKOZ Union at SSM continuously warns the past weeks, and for which the procedure for organizing and conducting a strike in the company has already been started as soon as the legal deadlines are over.
Until now, the Management Board, the State Labor Inspectorate, and the State Administrative Inspectorate have found a series of irregularities in the work of acting director Mitovski, and all the decisions and decisions he makes have been annulled, and he is clearly not up to the level of the task that was assigned to him and it should be taken away from him immediately, for which the Management Board at yesterday's session publicly requested the resignation of acting director Mitovski, which will prevent him from continuing to manage this public company and from acting illegally and to prevent it from being inflicted on the workers.
The union struggle continues to the end with such so-called directors - tyrants who are against the workers.
