THE UPOZ UNION WILL REPRESENT ITS MEMBERS FREE OF CHARGE THROUGH ITS LEGAL DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE COURTS

Due to the Government's lack of interest in respecting the rights of the Collective Agreement for the State Administration, Local Self-Government, and Judicial Authorities, the Trade Union of Administration Workers, Judicial Authorities and Citizens' Associations (UPOZ Trade Union) announced that it has launched activities to exercise the right to recourse for annual leave for 2020 by court order.

In order to realize the right to unpaid annual leave for 2020, the Union of UPOZ points out that through the presidents of the trade union organizations, they have taken actions to deliver a power of attorney from the members to initiate court proceedings.
