Caption 1. Participants on the School of Women Trade Union Leaders 2014
The first seminar of the School of Women Trade Union Leaders 2014 took place from 16 to 18 May 2014 in Ohrid. The seminar was supported by the Foundation "Friedrich Ebert", Office Macedonia and was designed to train women unionists from: CCM, KSS, UNASM and SSNM. Participants on this school were representative from all branch unions in the country.
The aim of the School is to put a strong emphasis on gender equality at workplace and encourage women to be involved as leaders in the unions.
This is a second consecutive year women trade unionists, regardless of their union affiliation in confederations, with equal force to be engaged in building a common platform on issues of gender equality.
