On 26.2.2020, the 57th session of the Economic and Social Council was held. The session was attended by the members of the ESC from CCM on which they discussed the Annual Report of the ESC for the year 2019, the Information on the participation of the delegation of RNM at the 109th session of the International Labor Conference in Geneva in June, 2020, the 7th Report on the revised European Social Charter and the ESC Annual Work Program for 2020.
CCM as the only representative trade union in the country, through the members of the ESC, presented its views and remarks on the items on the agenda. At the same time, CCM called on the collective bargaining process to continue in both public and private sector and asked from the ESC the collective bargaining process to continue regardless when the new Labor Law is going to be adopted.
