ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE UNION FOR DEFENSE AND SECURITY FOR MEMBERS OF THE MOD AND ARM

Dear members of the Union of Defense and Security (SOB),

The salary increase in the Ministry of Defense and the Army of the Republic of Macedonia, as well as compliance with the legal regulations in the part of the payment of allowances and compensations, were part of the negotiations between the Union of Defense and Security and the Minister of Defense Mrs. Slavjanka Petrovska, who was held on February 28, 2022.

The result of that meeting is already visible through the beginning of payment of overtime and night hours, as well as work on weekdays and holidays.

We would like to inform you that retroactively, starting from 01.03.2022. other hires will also be paid in accordance with the Law and Code of Conduct.

This means that all engagements of members of the ARM (overtime, night work, work on Sundays and holidays, work in shifts, duty, guard, etc.) will be paid in accordance with the legal regulations and KD and they will be an integral part of the salary of each member of the That is, ARM and MO will affect the amount of the pension calculation in the future.
