Regarding the illegal dismissals of the workers from Bargala AD Stip, in addition to the provided legal assistance to the workers, SSM will file charges for all those involved in the illegal termination of the employment contracts in Bargala.
We shall request imprisonment of up to 1 year for all, starting with the General Manager, the Executive Director, the cashier who signed the minutes, the other managers, the Board members, the Supervisory Board and all others who were involved in the whole illegal procedure, due to breaching of the labour provisions and the Law.
We also call on the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company in accordance with the Law on Trade Companies, to immediately review the work of the General Manager, Executive Director, members of the management bodies due to the suspicions that they operate contrary to the Law on Trade Companies, especially contrary to Article 354. Everyone shall be held accountable and workers must be protected.
