Our engagement is aimed at continuous initiatives to improve the position of employees in the mining sector, better working conditions, and higher wages.

Miners' Day in Macedonia is a holiday for Macedonian miners, in memory of the Miners' Strike from the Lojane Mine, Kumanovsko in 1929 for improving working conditions and increasing personal incomes.
