Although the Decision of the Judge Emil Pilatov regarding the submitted request for opening a bankruptcy procedure in AD Bargala Stip has not been submitted to the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia yet, he briefly gave a statement in the media: - ,No bankruptcy procedure is opened for now, we will wait what the Court of Appeal will say.
Several competent state institutions, including the Public Revenue Office have confirmed that in Bargala AD Stip there are irregularities in the operation on a huge scale, which was publicly announced by the director of the PRO, as well as the Statle Labour Inspectorate.
For all these state institutions the work in Bargala AD Stip is scandalous and they have confirmed that the company has violated workers rights of about 300 employees and left those workers witout salaries. Still the Judge Emil Pilatov and the temporary Bankruptcy Trustee Pepi Panev did not see any irregularities and violations of the law during this entire period...
