In addition to the problems with irregular salary payments, SONK is selling off the rights of education employees who last year were entitled to an increase of at least 12%, and with the signature of SONK, they received an increase of 5%.

This year, when they are entitled to 12.6%, SONK provided the historically largest increase of 7%, although if they are entitled to an increase based on the minimum wage, and not on the average, they are entitled to 8.05%, not 7% ​​salary increase, or instead of at least 25% in a few months, they received only 12%!

Let's not forget that both KSS and SONK said that there is no need for more, and there is no need for protests?

As long as it is like this, and education workers are satisfied with the historical achievements, not only do they accept less than they are entitled to, they are harming all other workers in the entire public sector!
