WITH THE HELP OF FTUM THE POST OFFICE EMPLOYEES RECEIVE A SALARY INCREASE

The unions of the Macedonian Post of Northern Macedonia with the help of FTUM today started with the scheduled strike to increase the salaries of workers by the net amount of 3000 denars.

Simultaneously with the participation of FTUM, the Trade Unions of Makedonska Posta, the Director, and the Board of Directors of the Post of Northern Macedonia, intensive negotiations were held this morning and an Agreement is expected to be signed which will regulate the increase of salaries in the technological process in the Post Office starting from June 2022, and for the management staff from August 2022.

The categories of jobs for which the salary has already been adjusted in accordance with the increase of the minimum wage up to 18,000.00 denars, will be paid the difference from the increase up to 3,000.00 denars.

With the help of FTUM, the salary is provided, ie the per diem for the day of the strike of the employees who are on strike to be paid in full.

The Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia as the only representative trade union remains committed to working to increase the wages of all workers.
