IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITIONS AND INCREASE OF SALARIES OF THE EMPLOYEES IN PUBLIC CARE INSTITUTIONS IS NEEDED

Today, the President of the SSM, Slobodan Trendafilov, together with the President of the Independent Trade Union for Health, Pharmacy and Social Protection of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Ljubisa Karanfilovski, held a meeting with the presidents of the trade union organizations at the Institution for the Rehabilitation of Children and Youth; Institution for the Elderly Sue Ryder Bitola, Institution for the Elderly Kiro K. Platnik Prilep; Institution for the Care of Children with Educational and Social Problems and Disordered Behavior Skopje; Institution for the Special Institution Demir Kapija; Institution for the Children's Home 11 Oktomvri Skopje, where they discussed the difficult working conditions and low salaries of the employees in these institutions.

At this meeting, it was agreed to send a request for an urgent meeting with the Minister of Social Policy, Demography and Youth, Fatmir Limani.
