Today, at the invitation of the coordinator of the parliamentary group of VMRO - DPMNE, Nikola Micevski, a meeting was held between representatives of SSM led by the secretary of the Council of SSM, Zlatko Cvetkovski, the head of the cabinet, Slobodan Trendafilov, the vice president of SSM, Ivan Peshevski with the coordinator of the parliamentary group of VMRO - DPMNE, Nikola Micevski, and MPs Bojan Stojanoski and Dafina Stojanoska.
At the meeting, they discussed the amendment proposal that the SSM submitted to the parliamentary groups in order they to submit it to the Assembly in accordance with their competences and in such a way that the Proposal for amending and supplementing the budget of the Republic of North Macedonia for 2022 can be amended and intervened funds are provided to increase the basic net salary of employees in state and local government bodies and other state bodies established in accordance with the Constitution and law and - institutions that carry out activities in the fields of education, science, health, from 01.07.2022 , culture, labor, social protection and child protection, sports, the army, the police as well as in other activities of public interest determined by law, and organized as agencies, funds, public institutions and public enterprises founded by the Republic of Macedonia or by the municipalities, from the city of Skopje, as well as from the municipalities in the city of Skopje for 2806 denars in net amount according to the increase of the minimum annual salary published in Sl. Journal of RSM no. 41 of February 24, 2022.
During the day, the representatives of SSM and MPs from VMRO-DPMNE will be in coordination for the amendment to be officially submitted to the Assembly according to the procedures.
We expect all MP's to support the amendment to the SSM which will be submitted by the MP's from VMRO - DPMNE because the cooperation between the representatives of the workers and the representatives of the people is a significant link for the advancement of labor rights and in the future should be a practice for overcoming all challenges.
