Within the twinning project "Development of cooperation between higher education institutions, the private sector and relevant state bodies", which takes place within the Ministry of Education, the President of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia, PhD Zhivko Mitrevski and the Secretary of the Council of CCM, Metodija Dimovski, held a meeting with the expert from France, Mr. Philip Gabriel.

This was one of the meetings that were organized together with the social partners.
The meeting focused on the operation of the Economic and Social Council in connection with the Boards of trust and public cooperation within the universities, the insights on the links between the higher education and the private sector, the level of communication with relevant universities and good practice for cooperation between higher institutions and private companies.
During the meeting the President of CCM, PhD Zhivko Mitrevski, informed the expert on the structure, activities and action plan of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and the function and operation of the Economic and Social Council and local economic and social councils.
The main objective was to inform the expert on the participation of social partners relating to the harmonization of the education with labor market needs.
