NEW COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT, INCREASED SALARY, IMPROVED WORKER'S RIGHTS

THE EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAVADARCI RECEIVED A COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

Today, August 25, 2022, on the premises of the Municipality of Kavadarci, the Collective Agreement for the employees of the Municipality of Kavadarci was signed, which improved the employment rights of the employees of the local self-government.

This collective agreement was signed by the President of the UPOZ Trade Union Trpe Deanoski and the President of the Trade Union Organization at Kavadarci Municipality Zoran Iftimov on one side and the Mayor of Kavadarci Municipality Mitko Janchev on the other side.

With this collective agreement, the employees of the Municipality of Kavadarci will receive salary adjustments with the increase in the minimum wage, the right to annual leave, more days for paid leave, etc.

"From today onwards, this collective agreement will represent a template for collective bargaining for all municipalities throughout our country that will start the process of collective bargaining. Thanks to Mayor Janchev, and also to the negotiation team of the trade union organization at the Kavadarci Municipality, rights were foreseen with which the employees of the Kavadarci Municipality should be even more motivated to perform their work tasks" said the President of the Union of UPOZ Trpe Deanoski.
