On 19.5.2016 in the library of the International Slavic University "G. R. Derzavin"- Sveti Nikole, in academic and warm atmosphere in the presence of famous guests and prominent social workers a solemn promotion of the book: "Collective bargaining and trade union leadership" by the Assistant Professor, Zhivko Mitrevski, PhD, President of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and also a Professor of Labor Law at the Law Faculty at the International Slavic University was held.
This is the sixth publication of the President of CCM, PhD Zhivko Mitrevski in his collection of works in which the main theme is the unionism.

Reviewers of this publication were PhD Todor Kalamatiev, Professor of Labour Law at the Law Faculty "Justinian I" in Skopje and PhD Alexander Ilievski, the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the International Slavic University "G. R. Derzavin”.
At the beginning his address also had the President of the Board of University, PhD Jordan Gjorchev.
In his review the Professor Kalamatiev has emphasized: "This publication is being characterized by a serious approach to the treated problem and includes processing of all relevant aspects, arguments and illustrations of relevant data. This approach is complemented by the use of the latest relevant domestic and foreign scientific and technical literature. The critical thinking in this publication is being expressed with a comprehensive comparative analysis and empirical research - relevant for the drafting of conclusions, guidelines and recommendations which represent an added value to the publication. Finally, this publication presents a basis for further research in this area, which is a confirmation of his professional - scientific value and therefore I warmly recommend to the wider professional community, especially those dealing with the problems of trade union in the process of collective bargaining and all those who want and think as a union leaders."
PhD Alexander Ilievski said that it is a great honor that such a distinguished professor has lectures at the Law Department of the International Slavic University "Gavrilo Romanovich Derzhavin" and expressed his satisfaction that this publication shall be used by the students of this university.
Also a short speech had the author itself, PhD Zhivko Mitrevski who explained the idea and purpose of this publication.

At the end of the ceremony, the author signed and distributed copies of the book to the present audience with great honor and pleasure.
