SALARY INCREASE IN STRUGA MUNICIPALITY AND PUBLIC UTILITY ENTERPRISES

Today, the President of SSM and SUTKOZ, Darko Dimovski and the President of UPOZ, Trpe Deanoski, and the General Secretary of UPOZ, Bojan Tripunoski held a meeting with the Mayor of the Municipality of Struga, Ramiz Merko, where they discussed the demands of SSM and the unions SUTKOZ and UPOZ for an increase on salaries of 2806 denars according to compliance with the minimum wage.

An agreement has been reached to increase the wages in the Public Utility Companies by signing agreements between the directors and the SUTKOZ union, and at the same time, it has been agreed to conclude a new Collective Agreement between the Municipality of Struga and the UPOZ Union, which will regulate this right for the employees of the Municipality.

While the central government remains deaf to the workers' demands for livelihood and does not take care of them, the local government regardless of whether it is from a political party is in the government or not, more and more mayors like the Mayor of the Municipality of Struga, Ramiz Merko, are standing up to them. to the workers in these difficult times.
