SIGNED COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BEROVO

Today in the premises of the UPOZ Trade Union, the Collective Agreement for the employees of the Municipality of Berovo was signed.

The collective agreement on the part of the UPOZ Union was signed by the President of the UPOZ Union Trpe Deanoski and the President of the Trade Union Organization at the Municipality of Berovo Gjorgji Peovski on one side and the Mayor of the Municipality of Berovo Zvonko Pekevski on the other side.

This collective agreement governs the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other issues related to the working relationship of the employees of the Municipality of Berovo and the harmonization of wages with the increase in the minimum wage, an increased amount of annual leave, payment of jubilee awards and the possibility of payment of 13th salary.
