SIGNED COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAKEDONSKA KAMENICA

Today in the premises of the Municipality of Makedonska Kamenica, the Collective Agreement for the employees of the Municipality of Makedonska Kamenica was signed.

The collective agreement on the part of the UPOZ Trade Union was signed by the General Secretary of the UPOZ Trade Union Bojan Tripunoski (on the authority of the President of the Trade Union Trpe Deanoski) and the President of the Trade Union Organization at the Municipality of Makedonska Kamenica Miran Mitrevski on the one hand and the Mayor of the Municipality of Makedonska Kamenica Dimcho Atanasovski on the other side.

This collective agreement governs the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other issues related to the working relationship of the employees of the Municipality of Makedonska Kamenica and the harmonization of wages with the increase in the minimum wage, an increased amount of vacation pay, the payment of jubilee awards and the possibility for payment of 13th salary.
