The Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia in cooperation with the Macedonian Occupational Safety and Health Association and the Organization of Employers of Macedonia organized training on the topic "Basic principles of organizational management".
The training is organized within the project "Improving the involvement and influence of civil society organizations in OHS policies and in making decisions in support of the state in the processes of EU accession".
Within the project, assessments for the organizational capacities and capacities for lobbying and advocacy have been made for six key organizations from the OHS Council, four two-day training of trainers/ mentors, as well as trainings for organizational management of trade unions and professional organizations in the field of OHS.
