TRAINING ON THE TOPIC: TOWARDS BETTER WORKING CONDITIONS, WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE UNION?

The President of the AGRO Trade Union, Igor Kitanoski, the President of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia, Slobodan Trendafilov, and the President of SIER, Igor Djerasov, addressed the training.

Participants had the opportunity to gain additional knowledge about the concept of decent working hours through the prism of Macedonian labor legislation and practice, as well as about the trade union and its role in improving working conditions through collective bargaining.

Trade unions are dedicated to raising awareness among workers about their labor rights, and this was one of the trainings organized for that purpose.
