"We have been manipulated to sign new fixed term contracts so that the boss could fire us whenever he wanted," said Snezana Tasova, a single mother and former textile worker fired due to the provisions that allow insecurity of workers from month to month.
Only CCM stands side by side with the workers in the fight to reduce the duration of the fixed term employment contracts up to 1 year.
