IF BARGALA AD STIP DOES NOT PAY THE 3 SALARIES TO THE WORKERS, CCM WILL INITIATE BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDING OF THE COMPANY ON THEIR PROPOSAL

Today the President of CCM, Darko Dimovski and the President of STKC Ljupco Radovski stood side by side with the textile workers from BARGALA AD Stip.

Due to the fact that the employer has not respected the agreement signed by CCM and STKC, and has not yet paid the salary to workers for September 2020 and April 2021, CCM had filed individual charges for each employee individually.

The President of CCM, Darko Dimovski pointed out to the workers that if this situation continues and the employer leaves the workers without funds, not paying wages and not valuing the labor of workers, on June 15 another meeting will be held, and if workers decide, CCM will initiate bankruptcy proceedings and in that way will collect the claims of the workers from the capital of the employer.

If the employer does not want to share the capital with workers, then workers will share the capital of the boss through bankruptcy proceedings.
