The Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia points out that there is a great need for workers to have their employment status regulated by permanent employment contracts, and therefore our main request is that the fixed-term employment contracts to be in duration of up to one year, due to the status of 4.700 teachers and education staff who depend on the decision of the MPs to decide on their existential status.
CCM as the only representative trade union in the public and private sector always stands in the defense of workers and expresses its views publicly and transparently.
Due to the lack of protection of the workers in education, CCM will organize education employees within the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia in a new progressive trade union that will always stand in defense of their labor rights.
